Can you still lose weight by eating foods like chocolate if you stay within your recommended calorie intake?
I know that everyone is supposed to eat healthy, and I do most of the time but I was Just wondering if it was still possible to lose weight with some exercise even if you are eating foods such as Chocolate and sweets but staying under the recommended calorie guideline per day, or to lose weight must the calories come from healthy foods. Thanks
