Do phone companies reattribuate numbers?
If you ask for your number to be changed will the phone company then reattribuate your old number to someone else?

I used to work for in the UK amp yes they definately do recycle numbers otherwise we would run out of numbers. And yes if you are getting annoying calls you phone provider must under their terms amp conditions change your number free of charge. In addition to this if you want a really cool or easy to remember number you can pay to change your number i.e. . Its really simple
