Were getting a pool in about a week, and Im pretty sure that Ill be having my period during that time. Ive read other questions and they say to use a tampon, which I do use. But, Im worried that my blood flow is stronger and that some blood will leak. So Im really worried that blood is going to come out and everyone will see. Should I just not swim or am I worrying over nothing? And, is it true that the blood flow slows down when your in the water?

i know it says you can use a tampon for hours. but is it ok to sleep with one?? i hate using pads so some advice would be good. thankx

I always use a tampon and a pad when i go to bed.....as long as u take it out before hours is up and if you dont.......dont freak out..........the chances of getting toxic shock syndrome is very rear!!!

ok there are two openings one where urine comes out and one where you can have sex and the tampon goes in the one where you have sex thats why tampons are needed because its not the same as urinating where you can hold it till u go pee it just comes out of your vag so she could urinate while the tampon was in but no you could not have sex with it in unless you were going to have umm a different kind ... if you know what im saying, from behind lol... the best way to have cleaner sex wperiod is taking a shower st because showeringbathing lessens the blood temporarily and using condoms
